Compliflora is a synbiotic designed for infants, children and adults. It contains live yeast cultures (Saccharomyces boulardii) and two strains of lactic acid bacteria, which colonize both the small intestine (Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG) and the large intestine (Bifidobacterium lactis). The product also contains oligofructose, which is a special nutrient for bacteria.Its form as a soluble powder means it can be used in infants.

Recommended daily dose and instructions for use: Use the entire contents of the sachet. Consume immediately after preparation. Infants and children under 3 years of age: dissolve the contents of the sachet with 100 ml of liquid, e.g. in water, expressed breast milk or semisolid food. Children over 3 years of age and adults: the product can be dissolved in lukewarm water, milk or yogurt. Values per daily dose: Oligofructose - 200 mg Yeasts - Saccharomyces boulardii: 2x10⁹ CFU* Strains of lactic acid bacteria - Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ATCC 5310: 2x10⁹ CFU* Bifidobacterium lactis BS01 - 2x10⁹ CFU* *CFU – colony forming unit
Ingredients: maltodextrin, oligofructose, live yeast cultures Saccharomyces boulardii, microencapsulated live cultures of lactic acid bacteria: Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG ATCC 53103 and Bifidobacterium lactis BS01, emulsifier mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids.
